The dust-free feeding station with integrated impurity separation function is a core feeding equipment in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical engineering. During feeding, through a sealed structure and negative pressure system, dust is prevented from escaping, ensuring the working environment. Working principle
The dust-free feeding station and dust removal integrated equipment achieves its functions through the collaboration of three systems: the closed space at the feeding port, the negative pressure fan and filter material remove and retain the dust, preventing leakage; the raw materials are sent to the screening component through the guiding structure; the vibrating/rotating screen filters, and the clean raw materials enter the downstream process, while stones and other impurities are discharged from the dedicated outlet, completing the continuous operation.
