The square swing screen is an efficient screening equipment. Working principle
The square swing screen is a kind of equipment that realizes material screening by making the screen box generate a three-dimensional compound motion including horizontal circular motion, vertical jumping and angular swinging through a driving device. During operation, materials fall into the screen surface from one end. Under the action of combined movement, they are evenly dispersed and stratified. Fine particles pass through the screen for classification, while coarse particles are discharged from the end. The multi-layer structure can also achieve multi-level screening. It features high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, stable operation and good anti-clogging effect. It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine and mining.
