Working principle
The dust-free feeding station prevents dust from spilling out through a sealed structure. It uses a negative pressure suction device to create a negative pressure inside, which sucks the dust generated during feeding into the filtration system. The dust is intercepted by the filter core, and the purified air is discharged. Some equipment can also clean the dust accumulated on the filter core by pulse reverse blowing. At the same time, with the help of devices such as vibrating screens, it ensures smooth material discharge and achieves dust-free feeding.
